SecureGo - The TAN from the app

With SecureGo, you can receive the TAN for your online banking transactions directly on your smartphone or tablet. The data is transmitted encrypted.

Registration

When you open the app for the first time after installing it, the application will prompt you to register. You will receive instructions from your bank.

Have you previously used the mobileTAN procedure? It will be automatically deactivated after activating the app.

App usage

In the SecureGo app, you can log in with a password or fingerprint. You can set this up in the app's settings.

If you want to lock the app, you can do so in the TAN management section of online banking.

Notes

If you wish, you can use SecureGo along with the banking app on a single device, provided that both apps are installed on that device. This is convenient because you won't need an additional device for your online banking transactions anymore. The app itself meets high security standards. However, this also increases your security risk. It is necessary to ensure that the device(s) is/are free from malware, up-to-date in terms of security, and that the lock function is active to prevent unauthorized access and unauthorized transactions. You are better protected during online banking by using two different devices because it is more difficult to manipulate both of them simultaneously (for example, using a tablet and a smartphone). Please also consider the security instructions provided by your bank.
